Looking Back on Frankfurt Book Fair 2026

We were pleased to take part in Frankfurt Book Fair 2026, one of the leading international meeting points for the publishing industry.

Held in Frankfurt from 7–11 October 2026, Frankfurt Book Fair brought together professionals from across the publishing, printing and content industries from around the world.

As Ömür Printing & Packaging, we welcomed visitors at Hall 4.2 – Booth E30, where we had the opportunity to present our commercial printing capabilities, printing solutions for different types of publications, and our sustainable production approach.

Printing is not only a production process, but part of the publishing experience

In books, catalogs and other printed publications, print quality affects more than just the visual result. Paper selection, color management, binding, finishing and production techniques all contribute to the overall experience readers have with a printed product.

During our meetings at the fair, we also discussed the importance of evaluating publishing projects not only from a printing perspective, but also in terms of material selection, production methods, intended use and the desired quality level.

Different projects require different production solutions

Every publishing project has different expectations.

A high-volume book production and a limited-edition premium catalog may require very different decisions in terms of materials, printing techniques, binding and finishing.

For this reason, identifying the right production solution depends not only on technical capabilities, but also on understanding the intended use of the project and its target audience.

Throughout Frankfurt Book Fair, it was valuable for us to discuss these needs with visitors from different markets and to gain a deeper understanding of diverse project expectations.

International events provide new perspectives

Frankfurt Book Fair is not only a platform for building new business connections; it is also an important meeting point for observing changing expectations within the publishing and printing industries.

Material preferences, production quality, sustainability, delivery times and production requirements for different markets were among the key topics highlighted throughout the fair.

These conversations gave us the opportunity to evaluate our current production capabilities from different market perspectives and gain new insights for future projects.

Returning from Frankfurt with new connections and new ideas

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand during Frankfurt Book Fair 2026, shared their projects with us and took the time to discuss potential new collaborations.

With 45 years of production experience, continuously developing technologies and printing solutions tailored to different publishing projects, we continue to create value for brands and publishers.

We look forward to meeting again in future projects.
